Where is Baldare based and where are Baldare products manufactured?
Baldare was first created in Texas. Our headquarters currently reside in Maryland. All Baldare products are formulated and manufactured in the U.S.A.
How do you pronounce Baldare?
Pronunciation: Ball-dare.
What does Baldare mean?
Baldare is a combination of "Bald" + "Care".

Online Ordering

What payments do you accept?
We currently accept all major Credit Cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer Afterpay, which allows you to split the cost of your order into four interest-free payments.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder first. Otherwise, email us at support@baldareco@gmail.com.
How do I change or cancel an order?
You can cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund or adjustment. Email our support team with your order details and we’ll help.

After 24 hours, we can’t cancel the order (it’s likely processing), but you may receive store credit for the value of your purchase to use on a future order.
What should I do if my tracking says "delivered" but I have not received my order?
Some carriers mark packages “delivered” when they arrive at a local facility (not your doorstep). If your order hasn’t arrived after 3 business days, email us at support@baldareco@gmail.com.
Who can I contact if I have any questions about credit charges, my order, or returns and refunds?
Email us at support@baldareco@gmail.com. Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response. When possible, include your order number. If you don’t have it, include your full name and address (as entered at checkout).
Does Baldare ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to Canada, Sweden, South Africa, England, and more.

Shipping

How can I receive free shipping?
From time to time, we offer special shipping promotions. Sign up for our newsletter and follow our socials to stay up to date.
What shipping carrier does Baldare use?
We primarily ship with UPS, and on occasion DHL.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Absolutely. Your order will ship via UPS. When entering your address, please indicate that your address is a PO Box, APO, or FPO.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
For U.S. domestic orders, you can expect delivery within 2–7 business days after your order has been processed.
What if my package/products arrive damaged?
If your package was damaged in transit, save the box and products and email us at support@baldareco@gmail.com with photos and details so we can look into it. Baldare is not responsible for orders damaged during transit.
What should I do if my tracking says "delivered" but I have not received my order?
Please allow up to 72 hours. Some carriers show “delivered” when the parcel reaches the local facility. If you still don’t receive your order after 72 hours, email us at support@baldareco@gmail.com. Baldare is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

At Baldare, we pride ourselves on offering healthy scalpcare solutions for all. If for any reason your purchase didn’t work out, please email us at support@baldareco@gmail.com. We’d love to hear your feedback and help you find a routine that supports your scalp goals.
Our Returns + Refund Policy (Domestic Orders)

You can return eligible items by mail within 14 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit (minus applicable original order shipping fees). Email us to initiate your return.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the original shipping date.
  • Email your Shopify order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Returned items are subject to a shipping/restocking fee (deducted from your refund).
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
  • Returns after 14 days may be eligible for store credit only (at our discretion).
  • Excessively used products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Eligible returns must have been purchased directly from BaldareScalpcare.com.

To complete a return:

  • Email us your order number, full shipping address, and reason for return.
  • Pack and seal your return securely (use the original packaging if possible).
  • We’ll confirm once the return process is complete.
  • Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for your refund to be processed and posted.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
